This Interim Board of Directors is being asked to complete the following tasks (on a six month rotation deadline, in any order) during a 24 month period (January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025):

Vote for an Interim President and Interim Secretary.
Determine what will officially be The UNICORN Castle organization (a combination of the two boards or also non-board members who join the cause?)
Create a constitution (for the entire organization to vote upon)
Create a set of by-laws (for the entire organization to vote upon)
Establish non-profit status
Create a Five Year Strategic Plan
