This Interim Board of Directors are being asked to complete the following tasks (on a six month rotation deadline, in any order) during a 24 month period:
- Vote for an Interim President and Interim Secretary.
- Determine what will officially be The UNICORN Castle organization (a combination of the two boards or also non-board members who join the cause?)
- Create a constitution (for the entire organization to vote upon)
- Create a set of by-laws (for the entire organization to vote upon)
- Establish non-profit status
- Create a Five Year Strategic Plan
